Mistakes happen. If you have selected the wrong item, or change your mind - please email us as soon as possible after placing an order and we may be able to update things for you before dispatch.

You should receive a tracking number from one our couriers upon placing an order, either Royal Mail or DPD. If for some reason you don't receive the tracking number, please let us know and we will let you know where your parcel is up to on its journey to you.
